My purchases

All your purchases in one place — ticket orders, tickets personalised to you and your voting access, including receipts and credit notes.

Access

Logged-in members see their purchases automatically. As a guest, enter the email address you bought with and request an access link — it is valid for a limited time and shows only your own purchases. Bought with a different email address? Request a separate access link for it.

Tickets

Your ticket orders with date, event, quantity and status. Downloads per order:

• Tickets (PDF): all tickets of an order in one file — also re-downloadable later
• Receipt (PDF): the organizer's receipt for your purchase
• Credit note (PDF): issued automatically when tickets were refunded

Tickets in your name

Tickets personalised to you — including tickets someone else bought for you. "Show ticket" opens the ticket with its QR code and the printed ticket code; for events with public voting, "To the voting" takes you straight to your ballot. Receipts stay with the buyer of the ticket.

Voting access

• Voting packages (recurring): status, payment history with receipts, "To the voting", and — when a payment failed — "Change payment method" to settle the open amount with another card. "End package" cancels to the end of the paid period.
• Voting passes (one-time): each with "To the voting" for its date, receipt and credit note.

Delete my data

Guests can request deletion of their data at the bottom of the page: access is removed immediately and running packages are cancelled. Purchase records and receipts are retained for the legally required period, then permanently deleted or anonymised. Members delete their account in their profile settings instead.

If the organizer cancels an event or date, your online tickets are refunded automatically and you are notified by email.
